Asadores Frontera was born on the border — in the workshops of Ciudad Juárez, where craftsmen have been working raw steel for generations. We don't use molds, machines, or shortcuts.
Every asador is hand-welded by a single welder, start to finish. The steel is left raw — no paint, no powder coat — because the fire seasons it. The first cook is the first layer of a patina that grows richer every year.
We build grills that outlast the people who order them. That's not marketing. That's the standard we hold ourselves to in every weld.

Every asador is made to order. Here's how it works.
Choose your asador, pay securely via Stripe. We confirm your order within 24 hours and lock in your build slot.
Your welder gets to work. Raw steel, clean welds, no shortcuts. Build time is typically 2–4 weeks depending on the model.
We custom-crate your asador for LTL freight. $175 crating fee ensures it arrives the way it left — perfect.
LTL freight with liftgate, anywhere in the US. Flat $500 shipping. Uncrate, season the grates, and fire it up.
